Program Description

“This training focuses on the development of the new supervisors and helps him/her be effective in managing teams. This program is ideal for team leaders, aspiring supervisors, and first-time people managers.“

Program Objectives

By the end of the program, the participants will be able to:
  • transition from the mindset of an individual contributor to one of a people manager;
  • inspire team members through communication and meaningful work;
  • manage motivations of team members and help them succeed;
  • develop skills and knowledge of team members to perform and achieve desired results; and
  • assess and create development strategies to improve the effectiveness of teams.
