WHAT: FIRST College Professional Services Business Units has three streams for our services. The first is Employee Experience+, which is an innovative platform and suite of services for Locator-Partners, Alumni, and Students focused on recruitment and talent management. Please note that this service is under construction at this time. Our training programs: we offer public and bespoke programs from the Operator on the shop-floor to the Manager in the Boardroom. Program offerings range from building personal effectiveness, to leading and managing teams, as well as navigating organizational changes. HR Consulting Services wherein we consult, co-create, and collaborate with Human Resources to build HR specific capabilities that contribute to overall business goals.
WHY: Broaden and deepen individual, team, and organizational capability through well curated programs and services. These programs and services may boost efficiency and effectiveness in employees, which can drive performance and productivity, positively influence employee motivation, and ultimately help organizations meet their goals.
