Program Description

This is a Training-the-Trainers Program. This training program aims to enhance the ability of the participants to provide the appropriate learning solutions in order to build individual, team, and organizational capability using learning as a key competitive advantage. The program is a blend of basics in training combined with trends in learning that will make a positive difference for today’s employees.

Program Objectives

• diagnose for development needs aligned with the plan for organizational effectiveness;
• design learning solutions to address gaps on critical knowledge and skills that may positively
  impact productivity;
• run training programs using effective training and facilitating skills; and
• evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
