    Employee Stories

People here in FIRST College are so welcoming, to a point that you will feel that you have a second home. The management, like a parent, supports you to grow personally and professionally. Even in a hybrid work setup, you won’t feel disconnected from your co-workers that you now consider as brothers and sisters. Here in FIRST College, you won’t work alone. You have the whole community to guide you.

Mary Denisse C. Mendoza Human Resource Officer

Working at FIRST College is personally and professionally rewarding. The feeling that we are working to support the education of students from low-income families, the workforce of the future, as well as enabling innovative programs in the community makes our job fulfilling. FIRST College’s clear focus on transforming the traditional TVL curricula into industry-relevant educational programs, sets it apart from other academic institutions. The school also exposes its employees to a fast-paced yet stimulating environment with visionary leaders and dedicated colleagues that makes it a great workplace.

Ms. Gladycel C. Aquino, PhD Chief Academic Officer

Both of my parents are graduates of technical-vocational courses. It took me time to realize this as a deep connection to the superordinate goals of FIRST College. FIRST College’s assertiveness to innovate urged me to unlearn a lot of things and pushed me to go beyond my comfort zones. To boot, if my previous work allowed me to grow where I was planted, then FIRST College, on the other hand, allowed me to reap the fruits of my toil.

Mr. Ryan M. Noleal, LPT, MAEd, MLST School Head, Senior High School

As a BS Psychology graduate, I started my FIRST College journey with nothing but my strong desire to share my knowledge and advocate mental health awareness, and this place has given me the space and the opportunity to take my first step towards achieving my goal. This institution makes me feel that they have the respect and trust in my craft. They allowed me to work with amazing people towards a mutual objective of ushering students towards their personal and professional growth.
