Program Description

Design Thinking (DT) is part of the “Agile” family of management, e.g. Business Model Canvas, Lean Start-up, Scrum, XP, and Ux. The Agile family’s aim is to enhance customer-centered problem solving skills, and build quick and true value-added wins. This four hours course is a short and complete introduction to the concepts and processes of DT.

Program Objectives

• learn to make customers the center of problem solving and innovations;
• develop better listening and speaking skills;
• overcome roadblocks in developing fresh, fast ideas; and
• apply design tenets to developing safe, engaged, and empowered teams.
