Program Description

Career Services serves as the bridge / points of connection between our highly skilled and knowledgeable students and our Locator-Partners.

Career Services offers four services: Career Coaching and Counseling, Career Competency Building, Placement Services and Alumni Engagement. We hope to deliver the following to our students and Locator-Partners.

We hope to deliver the following:

• Aid the student in identifying his/her professional strengths and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the establishment of a student’s employability track.
• Assist in the creation of job opportunities.
• Aid the student in making a connection with industry.
• Help the locator-partners to have accessible resources for manpower requirements.

Career Coaching & Counseling

Offers individual virtual counseling and coaching with alumni to have a conversation about their thoughts, ideas, feelings, and concerns focused on their career and educational choices.

Competency Building

Participates in building the employability framework of Senior High Students by means of GEAR UP
and UPWARD Bound.

Placement Services

Design and facilitate a Career Fair that offers individual online appointment for:

• Resume and/or Cover Letter Revision.
• Endorsement of Profiles with locator partners and with other possible employers.
• Interview Coaching and Pre-employment Guidance.
• Pre-employment Guidance
• Sharing of job vacancies with the Alumni for their additional reference.

Alumni Engagement

Establish rapport through events such as Alumni Homecoming and Alumni Learning sessions. Maintain Alumni Connections through:

• Prompt assistance and accommodation of their inquiries.
• Dissemination of Alumni Survey Form for record keeping and Alumni Kamustahan Partners.
