I have enjoyed attending the New Supervisor Development Training program facilitated by Sydney Cordero. The manner how the participants were engaged by Sydney and the inclusivity of the setting invites positivity all if not most of the time. The topics under the program were very appropriate and even though I have been a manager for years, it appears that I have been learning the skill all over again! Even my COO attended. With regards to the New Supervisor Development Training Program that I had attended a few months back, I am now able to lead my team to maintain full control of performance even under pressure and help my team to succeed.
