This workshop is designed for managers to explore the breadth and depth of values creation. Unpacking the core processes for value creation which may include: defining customers, investors, and stakeholders, value creation aligned with the organization’s purpose, delivered through the effective management of products and services, and continued focus on looking for ways to sustain value through short-, mid- and long-term timelines.
